Not only will this be good for your eyes, but it can also be good for your soul.

There are other eye strengthening methods that you can explore like visualization, swinging your eyes back and forth to strengthen the muscles, and meditation. Just as different exercises appeal do different people so will these vision improvement tactics. Allow yourself to explore which ones feel good and are effective with your eyes. Then trust yourself. After dedicating yourself to a few of these exercises you will be seeing better without glasses in no time!
