Over the summer my sister-in-law was in need of swimming goggles. I happened to be at the store when we were talking on the phone so I told her I would go over to the swim goggles and see what I could find for her. Then you will want to make sure there is an adjustable strap so that you can adjust them as you need to. You can also choose swimming goggles that have a nose cover or just covers the eyes. You can also get goggles that will protect your eyes from the sun.
