How to Change Lenses on Oakley M Frames

Although many people associate Oakley M Frame sunglasses with professional sports, various people use M Frames for non-sports related activities. These include simple outdoor eye protection for everyday use, on the job and as prescription sunglasses. People choose Oakley M Frames not only because the lenses offer 100 percent UVA, UVB and UVC eye protection and an RX implant option, but also for the M Frame’s snap-style design that allows for quick removal and replacement of interchangeable lenses for any lighting situation.

Instructions
1 Pick up your Oakley M Frame sunglasses at the center top of the frame in your non-dominant hand.

2 Grasp the center of the lens—the nosepiece and lens above it—in your dominant hand and pull down gently to pop the center of the lens from the frame.

3 Unsnap the corners of the lens. Hold one side of the lens in your non-dominant hand. Grasp the corner of the frame above that side of the lens with your dominant hand. Pull gently up on the frame to unsnap that side of the lens. Repeat with the opposite side to remove the lens completely.

4 Insert the new lens. Reverse the process described in Step 3 and Step 2. Snap each corner of the new lens into place. Align the center top edge of the new lens with the slot on the frame and then push the center gently into the slot until it snaps into place.
