You Can Throw Away Your Spectacles and Contact Lenses Forever

Eyeglasses can cost an average of $400 per set and that is a fairly reasonable price for good vision. But what if you didn’t need glasses and could put that $400 per year to better use.

It’s a fact that eyeglasses and contact lenses do not actually improve eyesight, they merely adjust your poor vision into information that the brain can better respond to. It has been scientifically proven that if glasses are worn continuously, over long periods of time, that poor vision will generally become worse. Essentially what glasses do is lock the eyes into their refractive state and in order to see through your lenses you have to maintain the poor vision that the lenses are designed to correct.

I can tell you now that a daily routine of simple exercises can gradually improve poor eyesight to the point where you will no longer need those expensive corrective lenses. The flow-on effects of improving your vision in a natural way will include less headaches, better balance and co-ordination and a general feeling of well-being. And that is only some of the long term benefits you can provide for yourself by throwing away those glasses.

The simple eye exercises I write about have the ability to reverse such visual defects as far-sightedness, near-sightedness, dyslexia, lazy eye, cross eye, glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataract, retina disorders, and astigmatism. All these thousands of people who wander off to the eye specialist every 6 to 12 months and hand over hundreds of dollars without a second thought, and all they really need is to exercise their eyes with a regular routine. Their eyesight will gradually restore, their general health will improve, their self confidence will increase and they will have hundreds of dollars of extra disposable income every year.

It makes sense, you know it does, and here is another little tip. Even if you don’t wear glasses or contacts now, chances are you will in the future. Without using some common sense eye exercises, such things as everyday computer use, television viewing and driving a car will slowly deteriorate your vision to the point where you will have little choice but to fork out your hard earned cash for corrective lenses of some type.
