This is the gap for your nose and 19 would mean it is 19 millimetres wide. In this example the total width of the frame would be 121 millimetres (51+51+19). The last three digits are the length of the side arm in millimetres.

You’ve probable got a pair of glasses that fit you well and feel comfortable, so before selecting your glasses online just take a look on the inside of the arms of these frames. You should see a series of numbers in the form of two digits, followed by a separator then two digits followed by a separator and then three digits.
