How to Remove Moisture From Eyeglasses

Although eyeglass lenses used to be strictly made from glass, modern lenses can be made of other materials as well, such as plastic and polycarbonate materials. Regardless of their composition, caring for the lenses of your eyeglasses is of utmost importance. If you get moisture on your eyeglasses, you can end up with dried-on water spots if you aren’t careful. By quickly removing moisture using the proper techniques and tools, you can keep your glasses clean and free of spots.

Instructions
things you’ll need:
Lint-free cloth
Water
Dish soap
Eyeglass cleaning solution

1 Wipe any fresh moisture off with a lint-free cloth. Use gentle, circular motions to dry the lenses.

2 Splash on some fresh tap water if any marks remain from the previous moisture.

3 Squirt a drop of mild dish soap or eyeglass cleaning solution onto the lenses. Rub in the soap with a soft cloth to remove any dried moisture residue.

4 Rinse the eyeglasses thoroughly.

5 Dry the lenses once more, as you did in Step 1. Wipe down the frames as well with a soft cloth.
